On Demand and Short Run Printing

If your needs are on demand or short run printing, Impressions Unlimited is your source. Our digital services operate 24 hours per day and have the capability of printing 6.3 million, 8.5 x 11” pages per month.

Your B&W print projects are printed on Kodak DIGIMASTERS EX series of presses that deliver output at 600 x 600 DPI in 64 levels of grey scales. That means your halftones and screens are offset quality and capture the full range of shadows and highlights. The density is from a deep, rich black solid to gently, subtle screens.

Color Digital

To compliment our B&W presses we offer a range of color printers for your full color print projects that require rapid turnaround for your on demand projects or offset is too costly an option at the short run quantity you require

Binding and Finishing Options

• Perfect Bound – like a paperback book, the book pages are glued to a cover that wraps around the pages.
• Saddle Stitch – like People or Time Magazines, the body pages and cover are held together by 2-3 staples called stitches
• Coil Bound – like a spiral notebook, a continuous plastic or metal coil in a range of colors holds the body pages and cover together.
• Stitched – a corner staple or 2 staples on the side hold the pages together for a set of handouts
• Loose Leaf, Shrink Wrapped Manuals – any document can be individually shrink wrapped in plastic. This is especially useful for looseleaf documents
• Index Tabs – these are dividers in a looseleaf document that extend from the body pages to identify sections. The can have a mylar or plastic reinforcement applied to the extension and binding edge.
